Good evening to everyone who reads our blog. We, Maria and Christina, practice in the kitchen in two hotels. This is the third week of our practice. We only have one month. Practice in the kitchen is very interesting, it also allows us not only to learn something new, but also to practice the language. Maria speaks English, Christina speaks French. Today Mary cleaned potatoes, cut and fried, and cooked 3 kilos of risotto. Christina cooked breakfast today and made cherry pies. In the street the ball was 27 degrees, and in the kitchen it was even hotter, the day was very difficult :)
