Hello ! Today the working day was very soon, despite the fact that there was a lot of work. In the hotel L'hermitage we made chocolate mousse, a lot of tiramisu, because in the evening there should be two large groups, and a dough for brioche buns. Good evening to everyone who reads our blog. We, Maria and Christina, practice in the kitchen in two hotels. This is the third week of our practice. We only have one month. Practice in the kitchen is very interesting, it also allows us not only to learn something new, but also to practice the language. Maria speaks English, Christina speaks French. Today Mary cleaned potatoes, cut and fried, and cooked 3 kilos of risotto. Christina cooked breakfast today and made cherry pies. In the street the ball was 27 degrees, and in the kitchen it was even hotter, the day was very difficult :)

Christina today  made a French mirenga, cooked for breakfast croissants, buns with chocolate and raisins. And I cleaned the tomatoes from the skin, cut the onions and cooked potatoes in the new deep fryer. 🙂

Good day!)
Today is Tuesday, usually on Tuesdays not a lot of work, but today there were a lot. The day passed by unnoticed! Christina cooked in the kitchen ganache with rosemary, ganache with passion, caramel, tiramisu and chocolate mousse. Cooked breakfast: croissants, buns with raisins, buns with chocolate, bread and cut fruit for breakfast. Masha cleaned the eggplants and cut them, and fried potatoes. The weather today is very good and we plan to take a walk for a bit :) Nice evening for everyone!!!))

Good evening . Morning pleased us with good weather. Finally the sun was shining and it was very warm. We went to work with a great mood. In the kitchen, I was today engaged in cutting vegetables and cooking broths and cleaning potatoes for mashed potatoes. Maria also was engaged in cleaning potatoes and frying. Despite the fact that the work was monotonous, the day was interesting!)

Today we had our first Friday on the practice in Lille. Everything went pretty well, but it was a bit difficult because of rush guests. Christina today made chocolate sweets and syrup, while I was cooking lasagna with fish, bechamel sauce, tempura of Scallops in the kitchen. With confidence, we can say that the week flew by unnoticed and excellent, and now ahead of our first weekend and grandiose plans for them.

Hello . Day at the restaurant flew very quickly and very interesting!)) We decorated desserts, baked baguettes and made chocolate sweets, pre-painted candy shapes by presseur. At the end of the day we worked with caramel and cooked marchmallow. Maria today in the kitchen was preparing the Berraise Sauce, Risotto and Tempura of Scallops.

Hello ! Today was a very busy day :) We come to practice at 9 am and finish working at 16:00. Today in the hotel L'hermitage made a special puree of pumpkin 🎃. We baked a pumpkin with honey for a little over an hour. Then the seeds were removed, and the flesh was peeled off the peel. From the pulp pressed the juice for jelly. And the rest of the pulp was ground in a blender. We also cooked buns for breakfast, cut pies, baked chouquettes aux fromage (buns with cheese in the photo), ganache with rosemary and sorbet (lemon and lime). In the hotel why prepared fruit salads, prepared breakfast, which is divided into sweet and salty. The sweet breakfast includes: pancakes, waffles, crepes, lemon cupcakes. Salted breakfast: jambon, ham, baked ham. Fry the potatoes, the fish are battered. This concludes. Today was good weather and we walked a little after work :)

We are called Christina and Maria. We are students of confectionery from Estonia and flew to practice in France. On the first of April we arrived late at night. April 2 in France was celebrating Easter, Monday was a day off. We had the opportunity to get to know the city and see the sights. Lille is a very beautiful and cozy city. Today was our first working day. We have two working places Hotel "Why" and hotel "L'hermitage". Today was a short working day, but we had time to get to know a little about the kitchen.

Курсы по созданию и ведению блога. 1 и 2 урок.


28 марта 2018 г. состоятся два аудиторных урока по курсу  "Создание и ведение блога", уроки ведёт Ольга Лаар. 

Тема первого урока: функции блога, использование шаблонов, добавление гаджетов в блог. Создание новостей и их публикация.
Задание: создать аккаунт в Google, подтвердить запрос на регистрацию в блоге. 

Тема второго урока: добавление сообщения, фото и видео.
 Управление правами (авторы, подписчики, читатели). Настройка комментариев. 


Самостоятельная работа: 
1. Написать в блог свое первое сообщение  из 3-4 предложений (приветствие, краткая информация о себе). В этом же сообщении добавить свою фотографию, используя иконку  "Вставить изображение" на панели инструментов.

2. Вставить любой видеоролик (например из Youtube), используя инструмент "Вставить видеоролик".
3. Добавить активную ссылку на какую-либо интересную и важную для вас информацию, используя иконку "Ссылка" (например о вашем хобби, о вашей будущей профессии или о месте, которое вы мечтаете посетить или уже посетили)
Не забудьте нажать кнопку PUBLISH - опубликовать сообщение.
