Today we had our first Friday on the practice in Lille. Everything went pretty well, but it was a bit difficult because of rush guests. Christina today made chocolate sweets and syrup, while I was cooking lasagna with fish, bechamel sauce, tempura of Scallops in the kitchen. With confidence, we can say that the week flew by unnoticed and excellent, and now ahead of our first weekend and grandiose plans for them.
