Hello . Day at the restaurant flew very quickly and very interesting!)) We decorated desserts, baked baguettes and made chocolate sweets, pre-painted candy shapes by presseur. At the end of the day we worked with caramel and cooked marchmallow. Maria today in the kitchen was preparing the Berraise Sauce, Risotto and Tempura of Scallops.
