Hello ! Today was a very busy day :) We come to practice at 9 am and finish working at 16:00. Today in the hotel L'hermitage made a special puree of pumpkin 🎃. We baked a pumpkin with honey for a little over an hour. Then the seeds were removed, and the flesh was peeled off the peel. From the pulp pressed the juice for jelly. And the rest of the pulp was ground in a blender. We also cooked buns for breakfast, cut pies, baked chouquettes aux fromage (buns with cheese in the photo), ganache with rosemary and sorbet (lemon and lime). In the hotel why prepared fruit salads, prepared breakfast, which is divided into sweet and salty. The sweet breakfast includes: pancakes, waffles, crepes, lemon cupcakes. Salted breakfast: jambon, ham, baked ham. Fry the potatoes, the fish are battered. This concludes. Today was good weather and we walked a little after work :)
